In Broadband you will never get the same speed 24x7. Thats how it is unfortunately!. But that does not mean all the time. Mostly whenever there is a slight downtime or major fiber issue this may occur. The best way to check if you have a speed issue is not through Speedtest but by downloading a file from youtube or through playing of Youtube Videos. If no buffering means no issue. Download/Upload speed is normally 1/8th the Broadband plan speed and that can vary depending on the load.
Dont worry if your calls or messages are not replied to. We do not do it on purpose, but if there is a major downtime, we are working at the background to make sure that your network is up and running soon.
We have variet of payment modes like Cash , Cheque , Bank Transfer , Online Payment. Avoid paying in any Employee Account . Please make sure that you only pay in the company Bank Account. Railwire recharge payments are to be made through the railwire portal. BLITS Wifi payments to be made through the BLITS wifi portal.
