If Bandwidth is how much data transferred and received then, speed is how fast or slow that information is transmitted or received.

LATENCY
Whenever you press a button or request for a web service it takes time right? Yes that is what is latency or the delay in triggering a response from the service. Different servers have different latencies and it is impossible to optimise all routes efficiently.

Tarriff Plan
So as per our advise if your having a single device like a laptop and a phone a 10 Mbps plan would suffice. However for a big family with lot of devices 25 Mbps and above plans are a must. For gaming users, go in for 50 Mbps plans atleast.

New Internet Connection
A new connection can be done within a couple of hours to a couple of days depending on the intensity of new connections. Get in touch with us for a new connection. Estimates will be shared and subsequently upon confirmation the connection will be executed.

Tarriff Plan
We have a dedicated call centre and support . Timings are 09:30 AM to 06:30 PM , Monday to Saturday. Ofcourse we are at times available after hours sometimes.
