At BLITS Global Technologies Pvt Ltd, we strive to provide reliable broadband and WiFi services to our customers. This policy outlines the terms for refunds and cancellations for our services.
1. Cancellation Policy
- Customers can request to cancel their subscription by contacting our support team via email at broadband@blitsgoa.com or calling us at +91-9423811211.
- Cancellation requests must be made at least 7 days before the renewal date to avoid automatic billing for the next cycle.
- If a customer requests cancellation after the billing cycle has started, the service will remain active until the end of the billing period, and no partial refunds will be issued.
- For long-term prepaid plans, cancellations will not be eligible for refunds.
2. Refund Policy
- No Refunds on Used Services: Once the billing cycle has started and the service has been used, no refunds will be issued.
- Service Downtime Compensation: In cases of prolonged service outages exceeding 7 consecutive days, a rebate or adjustment may be considered at our sole discretion.
- Refund for Wrongful Charges: If a customer has been incorrectly billed or charged due to a billing error, a refund or adjustment will be processed after verification.
- Hardware Purchases: Any routers or ONU devices purchased from us are covered under the respective manufacturer’s warranty. We do not provide refunds on purchased hardware.
- Security Deposits: If applicable, security deposits will be refunded only after deducting any pending dues, and refunds may take 7-14 working days to process.
3. Non-Refundable Charges
- Installation fees, one-time activation charges, and fiber optic extension charges are non-refundable.
- Static IP charges are prepaid annually and are non-refundable.
4. Processing Refunds
- Approved refunds will be processed via the original payment method within 7-14 business days from approval.
- Customers must provide valid bank details (if required) for refund processing.
